Could I use this on my website? Probably!

I’m a webmaster for a Sailing Club.  Our members would like to advertise to the world when they have a boat  (or boating stuff) for sale – or if they’re looking to buy one.  I’d like a system – which they can use freely and without too much intervention for me – where they can add a photo (which I seem to have been able to do), is simple to use (seems simple to me) and allows us to moderate who uses it (can you do this??) .  It would be even better if the form they completed (like the one I’m completing now) could be tailored so that I could ensure they include vital information (such as the price and their contact details, or whatever.)
